What you'll do
- Find and engage candidates for technical and non-technical openings, including people who are not actively job hunting
- Choose sourcing approaches for open roles, then contact prospects and conduct first-round phone screens
- Build candidate pipelines through professional networks, social media and sourcing platforms
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers on role priorities, and help deliver hiring campaigns and career fairs
- Keep applicant and CRM records current, then use sourcing data and market signals to suggest recruiting actions
What you bring
- At least two years in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience finding passive candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox or comparable platforms
- Experience sourcing across engineering, technical, business or another listed discipline, including candidates needing security clearances
- You must be a U.S. citizen

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support high-volume hiring initiatives by identifying, engaging, and pre-screening top talent. This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who is passionate about finding exceptional candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to meet critical hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for active requisitions.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using professional networks, social media, and sourcing platforms.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
- Support recruiting events, targeted hiring campaigns, and career fairs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within applicant tracking and CRM systems.
- Leverage market intelligence and sourcing data to provide recruiting insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms.
- Experience sourcing talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines.
- Experience sourcing candidates requiring security clearances.
- Strong candidate engagement and screening skills.
- U.S. Citizenship Required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
- Previous recruiting or sourcing experience within the aerospace and defense industry.
