AlphaGov is building a bench of independent compensation consultants for board-level and executive compensation engagements with large public pension funds, retirement systems, and comparable governmental organizations.

Remote, project-based work: annual total-compensation reviews for board direct reports (e.g., Executive Director, CIO, Chief Audit Executive), performance-pay / incentive plan design and assessment, target-market reviews and independent market studies, compensation philosophy advisory, board education, and written analyses for Boards of Trustees (occasional on-site board meetings).

Ideal:

- ≥5 years compensation analysis for financial, investment, or pension-fund industries
