What you'll do
- Coach managers through hiring, internal moves and exits, and advise them on people matters
- Turn central HR priorities into local practices, suggest policy changes and contribute to HR projects
- Guide team development and change, including difficult performance, absence and workplace conflict cases
- Help managers handle challenging conversations about performance, absence and employee development
- Support the ServiceTech site’s integration into the wider GXO network
What you bring
- An HR degree at HBO level, or equivalent knowledge, is required
- You bring relevant experience in an HR advisory role and current knowledge of employment law and HR regulations
- You communicate confidently in Dutch and English, both in writing and in conversation
- You can organize work in a complex setting, shift between management levels and prioritize while staying service-focused

Als (Sr.) HR Adviseur ben jij dé sparringpartner voor managers en medewerkers op jouw locaties binnen GXO ServiceTech. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch advies en operationele ondersteuning. Je adviseert het management over teamontwikkeling én over complexe HR-vraagstukken, en je krijgt alle ruimte om zichtbaar bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen GXO. Je werkt nauw samen met de operatie en met HR-collega’s van andere GXO-locaties, en bouwt zo mee aan toekomstbestendig personeelsbeleid.

How you’ll make an impact
• Adviseer, ondersteun en coach managers op het gebied van instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom
• Lever een actieve bijdrage aan lokale én centrale HR-projecten
• Vertaal centrale HR-thema’s naar de praktijk en stel beleidsverbeteringen voor vanuit wat je op de werkvloer ziet
• Adviseer en begeleid teamontwikkeling en veranderprocessen
• Ondersteun bij complexe casuïstiek zoals performance, verzuim, arbeidsconflicten, integriteit en verwijtbaar handelen
• Sta managers bij tijdens (lastige) gesprekken over prestaties, verzuim en ontwikkeling
• Draag bij aan de verdere integratie van de ServiceTech-locatie binnen het GXO-netwerk
What you’ll bring to GXO
• Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting HRM of een vergelijkbaar kennisniveau
• Relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke HR-adviesrol en actuele kennis van arbeidsrecht en HR-wetgeving
• Het vermogen om structuur aan te brengen in een complexe en dynamische organisatie
• Je schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende managementniveaus en vindt altijd de juiste toon
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, mondeling en schriftelijk, in Nederlands & Engels
• Je stelt prioriteiten zonder service- en klantgerichtheid uit het oog te verliezen
