What you'll do
- Advise the leaders in your assigned area on HR issues and coordinate their requests with the relevant HR teams
- Help leaders shape employee plans, anticipate staffing needs and plan headcount and personnel costs
- Route hiring needs to recruiting, then assist with selection, contract discussions and onboarding when needed
- Coach leaders on team development, talent and succession planning, pay changes and employee development
- Put HR processes and guidance into practice, and arrange exit support for further handling
What you bring
- A university degree in management, human resources or another listed field
- French and English language skills
- Knowledge of assessment centers, candidate testing and interview methods

- Supports leaders in designing the employee strategy for their respective area of responsibility
- Acts as HR Business Partner to assigned area of responsibility in HR related matters
- Acts as an interface to all HR departments for HR-related topics
- Organizes the relevant information for Annual Salary Increase, personnel planning as FTE and personnel costs
- Supports strategic workforce planning
- Assigns the personnel selection process internally and externally to HR recruiting and supports contract negotiations and the onboarding process if necessary
- Transmits future staffing requirements to HR Recruiting for further processing
- Communicates and coordinates HR related topics for the respective leader or area
- Supports the talent management and successor planning
- Supports the leader within the salary change process and with personnel development measures
- Submits exit support for further execution
- Coaches and consults the respective leaders on leadership, competency management and team development
- Supports the valuation of future business needs and consults on HR related measures
- Supports deployment of HR processes and guidelines
- Level of Education: University Degree
- Branch Of Study: Management / Human Resources / Marketing / Communication / Commerce
- Experience : 1 year in the automotive industry is appreciated
- Language : French & English
