What you'll do
- Run searches across several roles and teams, from agreeing on the approach with managers to offers and interview coordination
- Find and contact prospects using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, referrals and professional networks
- Keep candidates informed and supported from first contact through the offer, with prompt replies and consistent follow-through
- Use talent-market research and hiring trends to guide search plans and hiring decisions
- Keep recruiting records accurate and coordinate with managers on role needs, candidate profiles and competing searches
What you bring
- At least three years of recruiting work, preferably in a fast-growing tech company, executive search or a recruitment consultancy
- You have sourced and engaged talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM or ATS tools, and market research
- Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders
- You understand the technology talent landscape and can turn competitor and market knowledge into search plans

We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will bring deep sourcing capability, strong market insights, and proven recruiting experience to identify and engage top talent across roles, with a focus on People and Finance functions. The ideal candidate brings experience building talent pipelines through proactive outreach, targeted market research, and thoughtful partnership with hiring managers, while delivering a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruiting process.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units, partnering closely with hiring managers to drive search strategy, candidate engagement, interview process management and offer execution
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, referrals, and professional networking
- Deliver a high-touch, highly responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage, ensuring clear communication and strong follow-through
- Develop a clear view of talent markets, industry trends, and hiring dynamics to shape search strategy and inform hiring decisions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, search strategy, and market trends
- Maintain strong data accuracy and process discipline across recruiting systems and workflows
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth technology company, Executive Search firm or recruitment consultancy
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, and market research
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally and effectively
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape, with the ability to understand talent competitors and translate market insights into effective recruiting strategies
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across multiple searches, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution
