What you'll do
- Run IT hiring from finding candidates through conducting interviews
- Align with hiring managers on role needs and hiring priorities
- Write job ads and publish them across different platforms
- Find prospects using LinkedIn Recruiter and the internal candidate database
- Keep candidates informed and update recruiting metrics and reports
What you bring
- You have one to three years of experience recruiting IT roles or sourcing technical candidates
- You understand IT job families and technologies well enough to assess candidate profiles
- You can work in English at B2 level or above

- Realizar todo o processo de recrutamento de perfis IT, desde o sourcing até à entrevista.
- Colaborar com Hiring Managers para compreender requisitos e prioridades.
- Redigir e publicar descrições de função em diferentes plataformas.
- Procurar candidatos através do LinkedIn Recruiter e base de dados interna.
- Garantir uma experiência positiva para os candidatos durante todo o processo.
- Atualizar métricas e relatórios de recrutamento.
- 1–3 anos de experiência em recrutamento de perfis IT ou sourcing técnico.
- Boa compreensão de funções e tecnologias na área de IT.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Inglês – mínimo B2.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em regime híbrido (3 dias/semana no Saldanha).
- Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado para resultados.
