What you'll do
- Check incoming timesheets, supporting documents and approvals before they feed into payroll
- Run payroll and complete statutory, tax and social security filings within their required deadlines
- Handle pension and private health insurance administration, plus monthly payroll and accrual reporting
- Maintain employee records, track personnel actions, and plan recruitment and onboarding activities
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to projects that support organizational structure and strategic goals
What you bring
- You must be a Turkish citizen or permanent resident, or hold or be able to obtain a valid work visa
- Recruitment experience is useful, though willingness to learn is also accepted

- Gelen puantaj bilgilerinin, evraklarının ve onaylarının kontrolünü sağlamak.
- Bordro süreçleri yürütmek, yasal düzenlemelerin takip edilip, kurumlara (Çalışma Bakanlığı, SGK ve İŞKUR vb.) doğru ve zamanında bildirimlerde bulunmak,
- Muhtasar ve Prim Hizmet Beyannamesi (1003B) süreçlerini eksiksiz yürütmek, SGK ve vergi bildirimlerini yasal süreleri içinde gerçekleştirmek
- BES ve özel sağlık sigortası işlemlerini yürütmek.
- Aylık bordro ve tahakkuk konusunda İK raporlamalarını gerçekleştirmek.
- Personelin özlük dosyalarını düzenlemek ve personel işlemlerini takip etmek,
- Tercihen işe alım süreçlerinde deneyim kazanmış, veya öğrenmeye istekli,
- İşe alım ve oryantasyon eğitimlerini planlamak,
- Şirketin organizasyonel yapısına ve stratejik hedeflerine katkı sağlayacak projelerde/çalışmalarda/süreç sistemlerinde aktif rol almak,
- İK süreçleri ile ilgili beklenen raporlama çalışmalarını gerçekleştirecek.
