- Optimize payroll processes for scalability and efficiency across multiple business units
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and local teams to ensure seamless payroll integration
- Maintain high reliability in payroll delivery, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Champion innovation by implementing new payroll technologies and best practices
- Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the payroll and HR teams
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, HR, or related field
- Previous Payroll experience is a plus
- Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Intermediam English level is required
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compliance, and process optimization
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
