What you'll do

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer)
- Write and post compelling job descriptions across job boards
- Source candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding initiatives (job fairs, social media content)
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and candidates to continuously improve the recruitment process
- Track recruitment metrics and support reporting for the Talent Acquisition Manager
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Good understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
