What you'll do
- Clarify clients’ IT staffing needs and send them qualified consultant candidates
- Find and assess applicants for contract roles, then interview them and explain the recruiting process
- Build ties with contractors in an assigned region and ask placed candidates for referrals
- Agree compensation, make offers and guide candidates through placement
- Track recruitment stages in internal systems and meet weekly performance goals
What you bring
- Strong English communication skills are required
- You can work overnight shifts and use Word, Excel and Outlook
- B.E. or B.Tech graduates are eligible, including fresh graduates

Job Description:
• Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified consultants
• Source and screen potential candidates for contract openings
• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region
• Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on Collabera’s process
• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants
• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
• Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations
• Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process
