What you'll do
- Handle loan and payroll work for the cooperative
- Apply financial management practices to support the cooperative’s services
- Use accounting packages in day-to-day finance and accounting work
What you bring
- A degree in finance or accounting is required
- You have five to six years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or leadership role
- You understand financial management and accounting standards such as IFRS, SAS or IAS
- You have practical experience using accounting software
- You communicate, negotiate, present and facilitate effectively

Professional qualification/membership in finance or accounting (ICAN, CFA, ACCA).
5-6 years relevant experience at least two of which must have been in a leadership/supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of generally accepted finance and accounting principles and standards (IFRS, SAS, IAS etc)
Advanced knowledge and understanding of financial management
Hands-on practical experience and use of accounting packages
Strong communication skills.
