What you'll do
- Set global approaches and processes for talent development, then oversee their rollout and ongoing management
- Advise on performance, succession and competency management, including employee development discussions and talent reviews
- Guide international HR partners and teams on process and system questions, and lead talent conferences and workshops
- Build process guides, presentation templates, reports and learning materials for global users
- Improve KPI dashboards and use their data to track process outcomes and guide decisions
What you bring
- You have completed advanced studies in economics, business administration or psychology, focused on human resources
- At least five years of talent management experience in large, international organizations
- You have designed and managed talent development processes, especially performance and succession programs
- You have led global HR projects and can work fluently in business English
- You bring strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, plus SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable system

Your Contribution
- Take over global responsibility for designing, implementing and managing Talent Development concepts, standards and processes
- Be the subject matter expert in performance, succession and competency management related questions
- Provide global guidance for Performance & Succession Management Process incl. Performance & Development Dialogues, Talent Conferences
- Prepare and facilitate global Talent Conferences
- Enable & consult different international stakeholders, e.g. HR Business partners, CoEs and SSCs in process and system-related questions
- Steer training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups
- Create process descriptions, presentation templates, reports and enablement material
- Enhance KPI Dashboards and analyze data for process steering and success tracking...
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with focus on Human Resources Management
- Multiple years (5+) of professional experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organiations
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, implementing and managing Talent
- Development processes, especially concerning Performance and Succession Management
- Proven track record in steering global HR projects
- Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and high sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders
- Quick comprehension combined with an independent, precise, and very structured way of working
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (especially the module Performance & Goals, Succession & Development) or in a similar system
- Proficient in Business English
