What you'll do

Requirements
- Studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Interest in recruitment and employer branding
- Nice to have: Canva or content creation skills, ATS or social media familiarity
Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and university networks
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews
- Keep candidate data updated in the ATS and post job ads
- Support candidate communication and recruitment events
- Track engagement and recruitment metrics, and report on them
