- A diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the maritime industry/other industries
- Strong understanding of the maritime industry / other industries and its various sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
