What you'll do
- Configure SAP tables, adjust payroll schemas and calculation rules, and add correction notes in the system
- Keep monthly payroll running through SAP HCM PA and PY while meeting tax and social insurance rules
- Turn new SAP HCM needs into tested PA and PY changes, then move them into production
- Coordinate system connections with workforce scheduling, finance, controlling, Oracle HCM Fusion and Azure
What you bring
- Strong SAP HCM PA and PY configuration skills, including payroll schemas and rules, ideally in a TVöD setting
- Several years handling operational payroll in SAP HCM, especially across PA and PY
- Extensive ABAP knowledge, with hands-on BAdI implementation and modification experience
- Strong understanding of payroll tax and social insurance law

- Du übernimmst das Tabellencustomizing, passt Schemata und Rechenregeln in SAP an und baust Hinweiskorrekturen im SAP ein

- Du verantwortest das Schnittstellenmanagement zu angrenzenden Bereichen und Systemen, insbesondere zu Zeitwirtschaftssystemen (z. B. Dienstplanung), Controlling, Finance (SAP FI), Oracle HCM Fusion Applications und Azure
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Customizing der relevanten SAP HCM-Module (PA & PY) sowie in der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Schemata und Regeln für die Entgeltabrechnung – idealerweise im Umfeld des TVöD
- Du bringst umfassende Kenntnisse in ABAP sowie Erfahrung mit BAdI-Implementierungen und Modifikationen mit
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Entgeltabrechnung mit SAP HCM, insbesondere in den Modulen PA/PY
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Erfahrungen mit Oracle oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen sind von Vorteil
- Du hast eine hohe IT-Affinität, ein gutes Verständnis für Abrechnungsprozesse und idealerweise Erfahrung im Schnittstellenmanagement
