From the employer

Hi, I'm Amanda. I head up People & Talent at Scribe, and in the 3+ years since I joined, I've had a front-row seat to how our culture has evolved as we've grown.

The people we bring in over the next 12-24 months will shape Scribe's DNA for years to come. Every hire changes our trajectory, so I expect our team to operate as a partner to the business. This role plays a big part in making sure each technical hire we make raises the bar.

We're building and shipping fast, and our hires get ownership from day one. Our team works the same way. You'll have the room to build what's missing and a real point of view to bring to hiring leaders about what we're seeing in the market and what it takes to land tomorrow's talent. We learn from each other, push each other, and cheer each other on just as loudly.

If you want to help build the place where exceptional people do the best work of their careers, I'd love to meet you.

About Scribe

Scribe is where exceptional people come to do the best work of their careers. More than 94% of the Fortune 500 use Scribe to own their specialized intelligence: the unique way their teams work, decide, and get things done. Our Specialized Intelligence platform automatically captures how work happens and turns it into a living asset for people and AI agents.

We're growing fast. Since our founding in 2019, we've reached 7 million users across 600,000 businesses. Based in San Francisco, we're a LinkedIn Top Startup, valued at over $1B, and backed by leading investors. Join us in our mission to transform how people work.

About the role

Scribe is scaling fast, and we need a Senior Technical Recruiter to run full-cycle hiring across our Engineering, Product, and Design org. You'll own searches end to end, from sourcing strategy through close, and partner closely with hiring managers to make sure every hire raises the bar.

This is a role for someone who wants full ownership of their pipeline, brings a strong point of view on what great candidates look like, and wants to do the most meaningful work of their career at a $1.3B company with real momentum.

What you'll do

  • Run full-cycle hiring for EPD roles from first search to signed offer, including roles at levels Scribe hasn't hired for before, so you'll help define what good looks like as we go

  • Work side by side with hiring managers to build scorecards and calibrate on what "great" means, then keep every pipeline moving at the pace the business needs

  • Build the sourcing engine for your searches with multi-channel outreach, market maps, and competitive talent analysis that turn into strong passive pipelines

  • Use your pipeline data to inform decisions and evolve your approach, spotting bottlenecks before anyone else does and bringing a recommendation with every flag

  • Be a thought partner to to me, VPs and the team on strategic initiatives, bringing your read on the market and what's working to shape how we hire as we grow

  • Tell the Scribe story to candidates in full: the product, the upside of joining now, and where we're headed as our roadmap and AI capabilities evolve

  • Keep hiring teams and candidates a step ahead by sharing what's changing before anyone has to ask

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles

  • Experience at a fast-growing, early-stage SaaS startup, ideally through a period of significant headcount or revenue scaling

  • Built sourcing strategies from scratch and consistently landed strong passive technical talent

  • Closed EPD candidates and can speak to how you assess and differentiate top talent

  • Fluent in Ashby and Juicebox (or comparable sourcing tools) and uses data to drive decisions

  • Curious about AI: you use it in your own workflow and can talk credibly to candidates about where the product and the market are headed

Nice to have

  • Seen scale through a Series B or C tech company

  • Familiarity with recruiting for AI or developer-focused products

Why you'll love working here

  • The reach of a unicorn, the headcount of a startup. We went from $1M to $100M ARR in under four years, with fewer than 200 people. That means more pie than people: scope grows with your impact. Customers like T-Mobile, LinkedIn, HubSpot, New York Life and Northern Trust run on Scribe, so what you own reaches some of the biggest names in business.

  • Hard problems, real impact. Capturing how work actually gets done, at scale, is the foundation AI needs, and it's hard to get right. You'll build the layer other products and agents run on, in a category we're still defining.

  • Smart is the floor. Kind is the bar. Low ego, high standards. We compete as a collective and love to see each other win, and One Team, One Dream is one of the most shouted-out values in #values.
