What you'll do
- Run hiring from sourcing through selection for the Mexico team, including screening candidates and arranging panel and manager interviews
- Build candidate pools for future openings and keep the applicant tracking system current, gathering feedback to refine hiring
- Bring in talent from senior consultant through leadership level, then plan interviews and support offer negotiations with hiring managers
- Develop working relationships with outside recruiting firms and contractors
What you bring
- At least seven years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree
- You have hired data science, analytics, data engineering or machine learning talent
- You are authorized to work in Mexico; the role does not include work visa sponsorship

Job duties
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for Tiger Analytics team in the Mexico
- Souring, screening, scheduling interviews with panel and hiring managers
- Creating and maintaining candidate pipeline for upcoming roles.
- Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
- Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
- Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers
- Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors
Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience as a recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in a consulting company with global operations highly preferred (US, Canada)
- Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering and machine learning engineers
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc.
- Knowledge of work visa/immigration is a plus
- Must have work authorization in the Mexico. We will not be sponsoring a work visa at this time.
