What you'll do
- Find and engage IT candidates for client roles across APAC, with India as your main focus
- Build and sustain connections with candidates, clients and partners in India
- Interview applicants, assess their fit and verify references
- Handle job ads, applicant tracking and candidate updates throughout the process
- Clarify client hiring needs, then track your progress against recruitment goals and KPIs
What you bring

- Hands-on ability with recruitment software and tools

- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets, goals, and KPIs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the India job market, trends, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software, tools, and technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud-based recruitment platforms and tools
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and skill sets
- Fluency in multiple languages (optional)
