The Recruiter Specialist finds, screens and hires field and operations staff for our company across US regions, and makes sure every new hire is set up correctly from the first day. The role covers the full hiring cycle: from the vacancy to the offer, and then onboarding paperwork and records. - Coordinate interviews with regional supervisors and hiring managers
- Keep the candidate tracker up to date: statuses, follow-ups, conversion
- Prepare offers and collect onboarding documents
- Communicate with candidates at every stage so nobody is left waiting
- Report weekly on open positions, pipeline and time to hire
- Work with regional supervisors to understand staffing needs in advance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred);
- 1 year of recruitment experience;
- Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English (advanced spoken English is a must);
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Proactive, independent, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
