What you'll do
- Run recruiting from candidate sourcing through interviews for entry- and mid-level openings, using an ATS
- Keep candidates and hiring managers coordinated through interviews, and update progress records
- Handle onboarding steps such as offers, background checks and new-hire paperwork, then help with orientation
- Draft and revise job ads, support internal moves and promotions, and help at career fairs or hiring events
- Assist with I-9 and E-Verify tasks, other HR work and one-off projects as needed
What you bring
- A high school diploma is required; one to two years of recruiting experience is preferred
- You have used an HRIS or ATS and can work with Google Workspace and Mac computers
- You handle sensitive information discreetly and bring strong organization, follow-through and communication skills
Who this fits
This is an on-site role in Reno, with no relocation package. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a half-hour lunch each day.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruiting through an ATS (Sourcing, vetting, screening, scheduling, and interviewing) for entry-level to mid-level positions
- Communicate & coordinate the interview process with candidates and managers
- Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment records
- Coordinate the onboarding process (Job offers, background checks, new hire packets, etc.)
- Assist with I9 documentation & E-Verify process
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Write and modify new & existing job listings
- Support internal transfer & promotion requests
- Attend career fairs and assist with hiring events as needed
- Assist in other HR functions or ad hoc projects when needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience is preferred
- Familiarity with an HRIS or ATS System
- Experience with BambooHR or a similar ATS system is a plus
- Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
- Great organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the Google Workspace (ie., Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Mail)
- Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
Working Hours & Hours of Operation
Reno, Nevada: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch, Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch
Location: Reno, NV - in person/on-site, not remote
Pay dates are bi-weekly
