What you'll do
- Guide Oracle HCM work from requirements gathering through configuration, training, user testing and launch
- Turn business needs into practical Oracle HCM solutions and prepare the supporting documents
- Handle several Oracle HCM projects or tasks, then troubleshoot issues after launch
- Work with technical colleagues on HCM advice and application solutions
- Help the finance team close monthly payroll costing
What you bring
- Four to seven years of experience, including at least five complete end-to-end implementations
- Strong knowledge of fast formulas for calculations and validation across HCM modules
- Strong familiarity with HDL, HSDL, sandbox and security profiles

Job Description:-Must have 4 -7 Years of Experience with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Ability to design smart solutions to be applied according to the best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle including Requirements Gathering,Configuration,Training,UAT,Live.
• Respond to Business Needs & Prepare the needed Documents professionally.
• Supports multiple projects/tasks within assigned area of oracle HCM.
• Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
• Strong Knowledge is must with fast formulas calculation and validation with HCM modules
• High Knowledge with HDL, HSDL, sandbox, security profile.
• Provide HCM Consultancy Services along with application Technical Solutions with Technical team.
