What you'll do
- Guide colleagues through onboarding, development, promotion and exit to support a positive workplace across their careers
- Coach the General Manager and wider team on HR practices and people matters to improve performance
- Find ways to motivate team members to create distinctive guest experiences
- Run daily HR administration, reports and filing, while spotting processes that need attention
- Assess the local market and strengthen the hotel’s community reputation and team involvement
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree, another higher education credential or an equivalent qualification
- At least four years of relevant HR experience
- You can handle sensitive HR matters confidentially and speak the local language

What We need from you: • Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent • Four years of related experience in HR – supervisory experience is also beneficial • Professional HR designation preferred • Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matters • Must speak local language(s) • Other languages preferred
