Who this fits
This is an onsite senior HR leadership role in Lagos, suited to someone who has directed HR operations in manufacturing. Applicants must be at least forty-five years old. A postgraduate HR degree and membership in relevant professional bodies are advantages.

The individual would be graduate of humanities with relevant professional certifications with verifiable successful track record.
Excellent use of ICT tools, good communication, superb leadership & presentation skill are very necessary for this role.
A good human resource post graduate degree puts an applicant at advantage
Individual should not be less than 45 years of age and expected to have successful directed HR operations of blue-chip manufacturing company for up to 15 years
Membership of relevant professional bodies and a good network from same for the purpose of industry best practices would be an added advantage.
