What you'll do

- Responsible for recruiting for direct clients
- Screen, select, and submit candidates to open requirements
- Negotiate the salary and other benefits with candidates
- Use various job portals, social networking sites, and networking tools to generate pool of suitable talent
- Follow up and follow through with the candidate during the interview stage
- Close job offer and work with cross functional teams to deliver the offer
- Maintain database and other reports as required
- 1-5 years experience working in US Staffing industry
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment
