What you'll do
- Build instructional materials for courses that teach customers how to use technical products
- Assess learner needs, organize development work and evaluate whether courses are effective
- Create introductory and advanced courses for learners across global audiences
- Use multimedia and authoring tools to develop course content
What you bring
- A bachelor's degree in education, instructional design or a related subject
- At least three years in instructional design or technical writing
- Experience with project management and multimedia authoring tools, including Adobe Captivate, Photoshop or Articulate

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject.
Minimum of three years of instructional design and/or technical writing experience.

*Multimedia authoring tools including Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Articulate
Technical Writing, Teaching/Training, performance measuring, multimedia, curriculum and course development, ability to work independently or on a team.
Desired
*Prefer troubleshooting experience
*Able to quickly learn company technology
