What you'll do
- Guide SuccessFactors implementations from planning through delivery, keeping milestones on track and work quality high
- Turn client business needs into SuccessFactors solutions, then oversee module setup, tailoring and integrations
- Coach the consultant team and support their training and professional growth
- Coordinate with project managers and functional and technical colleagues to deliver client projects
- Resolve issues after implementation and share SuccessFactors updates with the team
What you bring
- At least six years leading and implementing SuccessFactors projects
- Strong command of two or more SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central or Performance & Goals
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- Experience managing or leading consultants

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation projects of the SuccessFactors suite for our clients. You will play a crucial role in delivering successful and high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the project team, ensuring their training and development needs are met
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SuccessFactors modules to align with client requirements
- Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide ongoing support and issue resolution for SuccessFactors implementations
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in SuccessFactors and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience implementing and leading SuccessFactors projects
- Strong knowledge of at least two SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc
- Experience in managing or leading a team of consultants
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Relevant SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable
