What you'll do

Guide managers and employees on performance reviews, feedback, development, employment relations and labor-law matters
Run hiring and onboarding with the recruitment center and hiring managers, then support employees through their full work lifecycle
Support organizational changes, internal moves and promotions, and adjust structures to meet business needs
Track salary, training and welfare budgets, and lead site learning, development and welfare programs
Deliver training for managers and staff, and oversee Nestlé processes, workplace policies, audits and employee engagement

What you bring

A bachelor's degree in human resources, behavioral sciences, psychology or another relevant field
Proven HR experience supporting sales and service centers
At least five years in HR roles at a medium or large organization
Experience advising managers, applying labor law and employment relations, and leading recruitment, organizational development, training and welfare

אחריות על כלל מחזור חיי העובד בארגון, החל משלב הגיוס והקליטה, שימור העובדים ועד לפרישה וסיום העסקה.
ליווי תהליכי שינוי ארגוני, ניוד עובדים, קידומים והתאמות ארגוניות בהתאם לצרכים העסקיים.
בקרה, מעקב וניתוח תקציבי שכר, הדרכה ורווחה.
ריכוז והובלת תוכניות ההדרכה, הלמידה והרווחה באתר.
פיתוח והעברת הדרכות, סדנאות והכשרות למנהלים ולעובדים.
הובלת הטמעה, בקרה ויישום של תהליכי נסטלה, נהלים ארגוניים וביקורות.
