What you'll do
- Shape Oracle Cloud HCM transformation designs and present proposed solutions to clients, answering their questions
- Plan product assessments and prepare design proposals covering cost, timing and options for business needs
- Build or refine project estimation models and methods
- Guide a project asset, accelerator, offering or differentiator through design and development
- Make decisions that can materially affect project results
What you bring
- At least five years implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
- Expert functional experience across Global HR and Payroll modules, plus knowledge of end-to-end HR processes
- Ownership experience on at least two complete Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll and taxation, with exposure to Redwood UI migration

• 5+ years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
• Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows
• Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR and Payroll)
• Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM
• Develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution
• Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll and taxation process.
• Should have understanding and exposure for Redwood UI migration.
• Able to architect an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation
• Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries
• Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs
• Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes
• Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
