What you'll do
- Set hiring plans for technical and engineering teams worldwide, using leaders’ workforce needs to guide recruiting
- Run end-to-end searches for senior and business-critical technical roles, from sourcing through offers
- Build talent pipelines and use market insights and recruiting data to shape hiring decisions
- Oversee agency and sourcing partners, track recruiting results, and improve candidate experience and hiring processes
- Work with compensation and HR partners on offers, uphold hiring policies, and guide recruiters and coordinators
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this role
- At least eight years in recruiting, including five or more years focused on technical hiring
- Background hiring semiconductor, software, engineering or other technology talent, with experience supporting global teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms

Lead recruitment strategy for all technical and engineering functions globally.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical technical positions.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
Utilize market intelligence and talent analytics to inform recruiting decisions.
Drive diversity recruiting efforts and inclusive hiring practices.
Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and sourcing partners.
Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Establish and monitor recruiting metrics and hiring effectiveness.
Support organizational growth initiatives and strategic hiring projects.
Partner with Compensation and HR Business Partners on offer development.
Ensure recruiting compliance and adherence to hiring policies.
Mentor recruiters and coordinators supporting recruiting activities.
Drive continuous improvements in recruiting processes and technologies.
Bachelor's degree required.
8+ years recruiting experience.
5+ years technical recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting semiconductor, software, engineering, or technology talent.
Experience supporting global workforces.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing technologies.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
