What you'll do

- Keep candidate records current and help new hires through onboarding

What you bring
- A Bac+5 qualification in human resources, management or a related field
- Strong communication in French and English, plus confidence using the Office suite

Integré(e) au sein de l’équipe Talent Acquisition, vous participerez activement aux activités de recrutement :
• Rédaction et diffusion des offres d’emploi
• Sourcing et identification de profils sur les jobboards et LinkedIn
• Préselection des candidatures et conduite d’entretiens téléphoniques
• Suivi et mise à jour du vivier de candidats
• Participation à l’onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs
• Contribution aux projets RH et marque employeur
• Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou équivalent
• Une expérience en stage en recrutement est un plus
• Bon niveau de communication FR/ ANG
• Dynamique, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d’un bon relationnel
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office)
