What you'll do
- Build SuccessFactors connections with Business Integration Builder and link SAP cloud products to on-premise systems
- Develop and improve SAP interfaces using API, OData, SOAP or REST, including connections to external systems
- Create ABAP enhancements for SAP HCM and design cloud or hybrid setups on SAP BTP
- Investigate interface failures, assist with HR data moves to the cloud, and maintain SAP HCM and cloud access controls
What you bring
- At least five years working on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration or cloud architecture
- Hands-on SAP BTP, Cloud Integration, MuleSoft and API integration experience, plus ABAP development for SAP HCM
- Strong SuccessFactors knowledge and familiarity with SAP security and authorization for HCM and SuccessFactors
- Fluent English and an understanding of payroll data flows and employee and organizational data replication

Your area of responsibility
- Design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors integrations using Business Integration Builder (BIB)
- Integration of SAP Cloud solutions with on-premise systems (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SuccessFactors, ADP)
- Development and optimization of interfaces (API, OData, SOAP, REST) between SAP and third-party systems
- Creation of ABAP developments (BADI, BAPI, Web Dynpro) for SAP HCM
- Design and implementation of cloud and hybrid architectures with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
- Development of data architectures with SAP Data Intelligence and Cloud Integration Services
- Error analysis and troubleshooting of interface problems between SAP and SuccessFactors (e.g. SLG1 logs, replication errors)
- Support with the migration of HR data from ERP to the cloud
- Implementation and maintenance of authorization concepts for SAP HCM & Cloud
Your profile
- Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration (SCI, CPI), MuleSoft and API-supported integration
- ABAP development (enhancements, reports, Adobe Forms) and Web Dynpro for SAP HCM
- In-depth know-how in SAP SuccessFactors
- Familiar with SAP Security & Authorization Management for HCM & SuccessFactors
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors integration or cloud architecture
- Experience in implementing and optimizing interfaces between SAP and third party systems
- Understanding of SAP Payroll relevant data flow as well as Employee & Organizational Data Replication
- Language skills: English (fluent) and German (beneficial)
