All recruitment activity will focus on professionals working in the ABA and allied health space, supporting autism and ADHD services across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tailored, one-to-one outreach via LinkedIn, email, text, and phone to US-based ABA/allied health professionals.
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with candidates through consultative conversations.
- Gather and record detailed candidate information (experience, licensure, role preferences, location, salary expectations, availability).
- Maintain a highly organized and accurate CRM with clear tagging and notes.
- Schedule interviews and prepare candidates for UK team-led interviews.
- Conduct structured first-stage interviews (future phase) and provide summaries to UK recruitment leads.
- Maintain a ready pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate or future roles.
