What you'll do
- Put employee relations and HR policies into practice, then assess how well those programs and processes work
- Help managers handle performance by coaching them on feedback and discipline, and arrange employee-management discussions
- Listen to employee concerns, resolve grievances, and advise both staff and supervisors
- Keep HR procedures current and maintain a system for storing and retrieving employee records
What you bring
- At least three years working in HR business partnering or employee relations
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Strong communication skills

- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Preferably a College Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner / HR Employee Relations
- Knowledge and Background in Labor Laws of the Philippines
- Preferably with Experience in BPO industry
- Excellent Communication Skills
