We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant to support and advise customers on SAP HCM Payroll and Personnel Administration processes while contributing to implementation, migration, and S/4HANA transformation projects. This role combines functional consulting, solution design, customization, project delivery and customer-facing activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting and support for SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration (PA) processes.
• Analyze, optimize, design, and implement HR processes within SAP HCM.
• Configure and customize SAP HCM solutions, including payroll schemas and rules.
• Participate in SAP HCM implementation, migration and S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Conduct customer workshops, gather requirements and develop solution concepts.
• Define work packages, coordinate project activities and support customers through go-live and hypercare phases.
• Advise customers on functional and process-related topics within SAP HCM.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Contribute to presales and business development activities, including proposals, tenders, presentations and customer meetings.
• Create and maintain project documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge transfer within the organization.

Required Skills & Expertize:

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in:
  • SAP HCM Payroll (PY)
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
• Additional experience in one or more of the following is considered an advantage:
  • Time Management (PT)
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Personnel Cost Planning (PKP)
• Proven experience in SAP HCM customization, particularly payroll schemas and rules.
• Strong understanding of German HR and payroll processes.
• Experience with SAP HCM implementation and transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Good English language skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented consulting mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for HR processes and SAP HCM innovation.
