Become part of our new HR Shared Service Center, as we grow and expand!
We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist with a focus on Controlling, Reporting, and Analytics to join our growing international SSC HR team in Hungary. This role is perfect for early-career professionals with initial experience (e.g., internships or 1–2 years in an international environment) who are ready to take the next step. Working closely with experienced HR colleagues, you will contribute to cross-functional and international HR initiatives—taking ideas from concept through to hands-on implementation and helping shape modern HR practices.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Kick-start your HR career in analytics by supporting the collection, preparation, and maintenance of HR data, with a strong focus on the German market
  • Bring numbers to life by contributing to regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, KPIs) and supporting deeper analyses, for example in areas such as compensation benchmarks or pay structures
  • Ensure data quality while collaborating closely with HR teams in Germany and Austria
  • Act as a go-to contact for HR data topics, supporting colleagues with analyses and ad hoc requests, such as market comparisons or diversity-related evaluations (e.g., gender pay gap insights)
  • Drive continuous improvement by helping to standardize and further develop reporting processes and tools
  • Build your technical skillset by working with modern reporting solutions (e.g., Excel, SAP HCM) and supporting dashboards and templates
  • Gain exposure to broader HR topics, for instance by contributing to projects in Compensation & Benefits or supporting the analysis of external benchmark data

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Controlling, or a related field
  • First practical experience (e.g., internships, student jobs) in HR, controlling, analytics, or a similar area is an advantage
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM is a plus
  • Accurate, reliable, and independent working style
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B2), as well as good German language skills

WE OFFER:

  • Group accident insurance, private medical insurance, free fruits
  • Flexible working time, home office possibility (60%)
  • International projects, business trips
  • Travel reimbursement
  • Relaxation and fitness room
  • Cafe and restaurant in the office building
