What you'll do
- Configure requisition templates, candidate selection steps and reasons, application flows, and career-site experiences
- Set up recruiting content such as offer templates, screening questionnaires, and interview questionnaires
- Build requisition and offer approval rules, and connect career sites with third-party applications
- Configure onboarding checklists and guided journeys, then troubleshoot Redwood screens and workflows
- Train users, prepare documentation, support launches, and take part in quarterly upgrades and change-control meetings

- Experience configuring Oracle Recruiting Cloud career sites and integrations with third-party applications
