What you'll do
- Support hiring by preparing job ads, reviewing candidate profiles and arranging interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Coordinate the part-time Porsche Ambassador roster, covering staffing needs, schedules, welfare, performance and timesheets
- Prepare new hires for their start and help employees with HR procedures, records and general questions
- Help organise staff engagement activities and prepare HR presentations, reports and office support tasks
What you bring
- You are currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, psychology or another relevant field
- You communicate fluently in spoken and written English and can use Microsoft Office
- You can handle sensitive employee information discreetly and work independently
Who this fits
This full-time internship suits someone studying HR or a related field who enjoys working with people and is organised, analytical and team-minded. You’ll work onsite at both the Guoco Midtown main office and Tanjong Penjuru service centre in 2026; the service centre is expected to move to Changi Aviation Park in early 2027 or sooner. The internship runs from December 2026 through June or July 2027.

Intern Human Resources

Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will support various HR functions, including the employee/intern life cycle which consists of recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding.
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing and posting job descriptions on various job boards.
- Reviewing candidates' profiles, identifying and recommending potential candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinating interview arrangements with candidates and stakeholders, and occasionally participating in the interviewing process.
- Managing the Part-time Porsche Ambassador portfolio, including evaluating manpower needs, ensuring efficient deployment and scheduling, monitoring staff well-being and performance, and overseeing accurate time sheet tracking and processing.
- Preparing and conducting onboarding for new joiners, and to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
- Assisting with HR administrations, processes, and general enquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assisting in planning and organising employee engagement activities.
- Supporting and ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and databases.
- Supporting in the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.
- Supporting in office management tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies.
- Past internship experience preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
- Enjoys engaging with and fostering relationships with others.
- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
- Able to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work onsite at both the Porsche main office at Guoco Midtown and the Porsche Service Centre at Tanjong Penjuru in 2026. Please note that the Porsche Service Centre is planned to relocate to our new Porsche Experience Centre at Changi Aviation Park in early 2027 or earlier.
