- Prozessverantwortung Payroll & Compensation inkl. Mithilfe bei der jährlichen Lohnrunde, Verarbeitung von Bonuszahlungen, Kennzahlenreporting und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Schnittstellenmanagement Payroll, Controlling, Finanzbuchhaltung
- Verantwortlich für die Zeiterfassung und das System (RTM)
- Zuständig für die Abwicklung von Sozialversicherungen und Dokumentenmanagement
- Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten
DEIN PROFIL
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lohnverarbeitung und im Sozialversicherungswesen, Verständnis in Finanzbuchhaltung und Kennzahlenreporting
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht insbesondere in den Bereichen Zeiterfassung und Absenzen
- Fähigkeit komplexe Inhalte empfängerorientiert wiederzugeben
- Idealerweise Kenntisse in den Programmen Sage(Lohn) und RTM (Zeiterfassung)
- verantwortungsbewusster Teamplayer mit strukturierter, exakter Arbeitsweise und Souveränität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Anfragen
