What you'll do
- Work with hiring managers to define role needs and write or refresh job descriptions
- Build hiring plans, screen applicants, arrange interviews and improve the candidate experience
- Find candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, events and direct outreach
- Track recruiting measures and costs, then prepare reports on hiring activity
- Manage offers through onboarding coordination, while building future candidate pipelines
What you bring
- You bring hands-on knowledge of talent acquisition strategy, applicant tracking systems and sourcing channels
- You have operated hiring processes in line with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
- You can use Microsoft Office and an ATS to track, analyze and report recruiting data
- You speak English at business level or above and have native-level Japanese
Who this fits
This is an individual-contributor manager role with no direct reports, and includes collaboration with global teams. The position is onsite in Shinjuku City; after a six-month probation period, you can work from home around two to three days per week. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with working hours of either 9-18 or 10-19.

The Role
Talent Acquisition Managerは、Tenの成長を支える採用活動全体をリードするポジションです。
Hiring Managerと密接に連携しながら、採用ニーズを理解し、採用戦略の立案、候補者のソーシング、選考プロセスの管理まで幅広く担当します。
また、採用活動が効率的かつコスト効率の高い形で進むように管理するとともに、Tenの価値観や企業文化に合った人材の採用を推進します。
What You Will Do
Talent Attraction
- Hiring Managerと連携し、ポジション要件やJob Descriptionの作成・更新
- Tenやポジションの魅力を伝える求人広告の作成
- 求人サイト、SNS、紹介、イベントなど最適なチャネルでの求人掲載
- LinkedInなどを活用したダイレクトソーシング（ヘッドハンティング）
- 外部採用パートナーやエージェントとの関係構築
Recruitment Campaign Management
- 各ポジションの採用戦略および採用計画の策定
- 書類選考および電話スクリーニング
- 面接プロセスの調整および候補者体験の向上
- 採用KPIや採用コストの管理・レポート作成
Talent Pipeline Development
- 将来のビジネスニーズを見据えたタレントパイプラインの構築
- 有望候補者との関係構築および継続的なエンゲージメント
Offers & Hiring Process
- 採用プロセス全体の管理（スクリーニング〜オファー）
- オファー条件の調整および交渉
- People Experienceチームとの連携によるスムーズなオンボーディング
Continuous Improvement
- 採用市場トレンドや新しい採用手法のリサーチ
- 採用プロセスや候補者体験の改善

Requirements
期待すること：
- Tenが属する業界への深い理解と、各ポジションに必要とされるスキル・資格要件に関する知識
- タレントアクイジション戦略の知識・実務経験（ATS：応募者管理システムや各種ソーシングチャネルの活用を含む）
- 採用プロセスにおいて、関連する法令・規制および社内ポリシーを遵守して運用した経験
- Microsoft OfficeおよびATSを活用し、採用データの追跡・分析・レポート作成ができる能力
必要要件：
英語（ビジネスレベル以上）、日本語（Native以上）
Benefits
働き方：月曜から金曜勤務（土日祝お休み）
勤務時間：9-18時/10-19時
在宅勤務：6か月後の試用期間後、週2-3日程度在宅可能
