What you will bring
Degree or tertiary diploma graduate with multiple years of experience in people interactions, coaching, and training, with a preference for a managerial role in selling, retail, or client service.
Strong client-centric mindset and vision for service excellence.
Excellent communication, influence skills, and a strong passion for people development.
Open-mindedness, adaptability, and strong planning and time management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility in mobility and retail hours.
